welcome! Our fondest wish is that you enjoy Autumn War to its fullest, and
we are here to help you in any way that we can.
There will be many
activities scheduled for everyone to enjoy for the full 5 days.
You may well wonder what an event of this size
will cost you. Not to worry, we have worked hard to keep your costs low.

In response to your feedback, there will only be a
single fee at this event. There will be no family cap on fees, and there
are no day-passes.
We regret that we cannot accept credit
cards at the gate. Please be aware that this is
different from previous years as the site owner is no longer able to
accept credit cards.

If you have a large party and you would like to
prearrange for space, please contact the
Camp-o-crat, Sven Redbeard. Please be prepared to let him know how
much space you need -- total size, not layout -- as well as whether you
have a desire to be near any specific Branch or Barony, and if you have
any special interestes (i.e. Equestrian, Dogs, Thrown Weapons,
Archery,...).

Please, please, please, if you have any
questions or concerns while at the site, contact a member of the
Autocrat Team. Please do NOT attempt to
remove ropes, relocate biffies, or otherwise alter the site. Please also
do not contact the site owner with questions or concerns as he cannot
possibly attend to the needs of this many people himself; we are all here
to help you.
