Sabaha l-khair
(I wish you a morning of goodness)
I send Greeting to you from the North

My name is Tarafina bint KiyAn al-Herauiyya Kandahar. I will be coordinating children's activities for Autumn War 2008. I come to you seeking assistance. I will not be able to run pied piper activities for Saturday. I need to find a minium of Two (2) folks to run pied piper for of 2 -2 hours shifts that I have already made plans for and will have all the activities ready for volunteers to step in.

For Friday I have planned Basic Japanese Calligraphy taught my Hanayagi Sakura (Kat), Kite making and coloring, Japanese Rice paper lantern making (Parents MUST attend with their children), Origami and a test run of the squires games. I have not decided what time I will start this yet. Most likely in the afternoon.

For Saturday I have plans to have a squires games, which are to include games like Hunker Hauser, Sticks and rings, Hnefetafl workshop, Storm the castle, Tierce and a few other games I am still researching to end with a "Kill the Dragon" (Piñata). I would like to have this start before the Youth tourney but not before 11 AM. I was thinking 11 to 1 PM. The second shift is yet to be planned but I am working on it . I think it will start after the Youth Tourney but end before 6 PM. Like 4-6 PM

For Sunday I have planned a Children's Tea with the Baroness(es). Then most likely have some free play time, a mixture of activities for kids.

Monday is generally a pack up day so I will not be planning any activities for Monday.

As a gentle reminder that if Children partipate in Pied Piper activities must be accompanied by an adult.

In Service
Many Blessings

Tarafina bint KiyAn al-Herauiyya Kandahar
